60A.963 SERVICE OF PROCESS; NONRESIDENT LICENSING.

Subdivision 1.License.

A nonresident of this state may be licensed as a viatical settlement provider upon compliance with all provisions of sections 60A.961 to 60A.974.

Subd. 2.Service of process.

Section 45.028 applies to service of process upon a viatical settlement provider.
