253.195 DEFINITIONS.

Subdivision 1.Scope.

For purposes of sections 253.195 to 253.26, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them.

Subd. 2.Executive board.

"Executive board" has the meaning given in section 246C.015.

Subd. 3.Secure treatment facility.

"Secure treatment facility" has the meaning given in section 253B.02, subdivision 18a.
