Subd. 7.Minnesota extended treatment options.

The commissioner shall develop by July 1, 1997, the Minnesota extended treatment options to serve Minnesotans who have developmental disabilities and exhibit severe behaviors which present a risk to public safety. This program must provide specialized residential services in Cambridge and an array of community support services statewide.
