97B.051 TRANSPORTATION OF ARCHERY BOWS.
Except as specified under section 97B.055, subdivision 2, a person may not transport an
archery bow in a motor vehicle unless the bow is:
(1) unstrung;
(2) completely contained in a case; or
(3) in the closed trunk or rear-most enclosed portion of a motor vehicle that is not accessible
from the passenger compartment.
