61A.315 INVESTMENTS AND HOLDINGS; LIMITATIONS.
The sum of the value of assets permitted to be acquired pursuant to sections61A.31,
subdivision 3 and
61A.28, subdivision 6, paragraphs (a) and (b) shall not exceed 30 percent of
admitted assets as of the end of the preceding calendar year.
