524.2-204 DECEDENT'S NET PROBATE ESTATE.
The value of the augmented estate includes the value of the decedent's probate estate, reduced
by funeral and administration expenses, the homestead, family allowances and exemptions, liens,
mortgages, and enforceable claims.
