508A.37 TRACT INDEXES; RECEPTION BOOKS; FORMS OF RECORDS.
The registrar shall keep tract indexes, reception books, and forms of records for CPTs, and
shall perform the duties relating to it in the same manner that is required of the registrar under
sections 508.37 and 508A.38.
