508A.02 REGISTERED, UNREGISTERED LAND SUBJECT TO SAME INCIDENTS.
Subdivision 1. Effect of registration. Land registered under sections 508A.01 to 508A.85
shall be registered subject to the rights of persons in possession, if any, and rights which would
be disclosed by a survey, except that no title in derogation of that of the registered owner shall
be acquired by prescription or adverse possession after the date of the first CPT; otherwise, land
registered under sections 508A.01 to 508A.85 shall be subject to the same rights, protections,
burdens, and incidents which attach by law to lands as provided in section 508.02.
Subd. 2. District court jurisdiction. District court jurisdiction for all proceedings
subsequent to the initial CPT shall be as provided in chapter 508.
