     386.33 Deputies. 


    Any county recorder may appoint one or more deputies in 
 writing whose oath of office shall be endorsed on the 
 appointment and recorded therewith in the office.  County 
 recorders shall be responsible for the acts of their deputies 
 and may revoke their appointment at pleasure.
