366.18 EXISTING BUILDINGS NOT CHANGED.
The zoning resolution shall not prohibit the continuance of the use of a building for any trade
or industry for which it was used when the resolution took effect or the alteration of or addition to
an existing building or structure to carry on a prohibited trade or industry in the zone where it
is located.
