325D.47 UNIFORMITY OF APPLICATION AND CONSTRUCTION.
Sections 325D.43 to 325D.48 shall be so applied and construed as to effectuate its general
purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of sections 325D.43 to 325D.48
among those states which enact it.
