322B.61 Number.
The board of governors consists of one or more governors. The number of governors must be fixed by or in the manner provided in the articles of organization or the operating agreement. The number of governors may be increased or, subject to section 322B.636, decreased at any time by amendment to or in the manner provided in the articles or operating agreement.
