321.0207 CORRECTING FILED RECORD.
A limited partnership or foreign limited partnership may deliver to the secretary of state
for filing articles of correction pursuant to section 5.16, except that for the purposes of section
321.0103(c) and (d) the articles are effective only as of the date they are filed.
