Subd. 9.
Continuation of certain services. Only if services were approved as part of an
employment plan prior to June 30, 2003, at the request of the participant, the county may continue
to provide case management, counseling, or other support services to a participant:
(1) who has achieved the employment goal; or
(2) who under section
256J.42 is no longer eligible to receive MFIP but whose income is
below 115 percent of the federal poverty guidelines for a family of the same size.
These services may be provided for up to 12 months following termination of the
participant's eligibility for MFIP.
