     18C.575 Rules. 


    Subdivision 1.    For administration.  The commissioner 
 may adopt rules necessary to administer sections 18C.531 to 
 18C.575. 


    Subd. 2.    Liming materials.  The commissioner may 
 adopt rules governing the distribution, labeling, sale, 
 handling, certification, use, application, storage, sampling, 
 and analysis of liming materials.
