     17.4997 Rules. 


    The commissioner may adopt rules that are consistent with 
 sections 17.4981 to 17.4996.  The commissioner must notify the 
 Minnesota aquaculture commission and the commissioner of 
 agriculture prior to publication of the proposed rules.
