     16B.746 Licenses for operators. 


    In the event an operator is employed to operate an 
 automatic elevator or continuous pressure elevator as provided 
 in sections 16B.74 to 16B.745, such operator shall be duly 
 licensed as provided in sections 16B.74 to 16B.745.
