     16A.42 Claims:  form, approval, register. 

    Subdivision 1.    Form.  The commissioner shall 
 prescribe the form of a claim.  

    Subd. 2.    Approval.  If the claim is approved, the 
 commissioner shall complete and sign a warrant in the amount of 
 the claim.  

    Subd. 3. Repealed, 1Sp1985 c 13 s 376 

    Subd. 4.    Register.  The commissioner shall enter a 
 warrant in the warrant register as if it were a cash payment.
