     144.126 Inborn metabolism error testing programs. 

    The commissioner shall provide on a statewide basis without 
 charge to the recipient, treatment control tests for which 
 approved laboratory procedures are available for 
 hemoglobinopathy, phenylketonuria, and other inborn errors of 
 metabolism.
