1997 Minnesota Statutes

     138.92 Local and regional historical interpretive 
  centers. 

    A historical interpretive center shall be operated and 
 maintained by the agency, society, corporation, or political 
 subdivision that owns it.  State money shall not be used for 
 operating or maintenance expenses of any historical interpretive 
 center not owned by the state of Minnesota or the Minnesota 
 historical society.
