124D.82 DISCRIMINATION PROHIBITED.
Nothing in the provisions of sections 124D.71 to 124D.82 shall be construed to violate the
provisions of section 123B.30 or chapter 363A. Programs and activities pursuant to sections
124D.71 to 124D.82 shall be deemed to be positive action programs to combat discrimination.
