  124D.53 Repealed, 2000 c 489 art 1 s 46 

*   NOTE:  Subdivision 2 was also amended by Laws 2000, chapter 
*254, section 30, to read as follows: 

*   "Subd. 2.    Programs funded.  Adult basic education 
*programs established under section 124D.52 and approved by the 
*commissioner are eligible for aid under this section." 

*   NOTE:  Subdivision 3 was also amended by Laws 2000, chapter 
*489, article 1, section 18, to read as follows: 

*   "Subd. 3.    Aid.  For fiscal year 2000, adult basic 
*education aid for each approved program equals $1,767 times the 
*number of full-time equivalent students in its adult basic 
*education program during the first prior program year."
