     507.30 Action to test new county; conveyances, where 
  recorded.  


    During the pendency of any action or proceeding to test the 
 validity of the organization of a new county, all instruments 
 affecting real estate within such county may be recorded in the 
 original county with the same effect as if recorded in such new 
 county.
