     290A.23 Appropriation. 

    Subdivision 1.    Renters credit.  There is appropriated 
 from the general fund in the state treasury to the commissioner 
 of revenue the amount necessary to make the payments required 
 under section 290A.04, subdivision 2a.  

    Subd. 2.  Repealed, 1994 c 587 art 3 s 21 para (b) 

    Subd. 3.    Annual appropriation.  For payments made 
 after July 1, 1996, there is annually appropriated from the 
 general fund to the commissioner of revenue the amount necessary 
 to make the payments required under section 290A.04, 
 subdivisions 2 and 2h.
