2002 Minnesota Statutes

     353.027 Retention of coverage for certain municipal 
  court employees. 

    Any person employed on January 1, 1975, by a municipal 
 court established pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1957, section 
 488.03 and located in the cities of New Brighton, Roseville, 
 Maplewood, North Saint Paul, White Bear Lake or St. Paul shall 
 be eligible for membership in the public employees retirement 
 association and shall retain any rights or benefits the person 
 had attained as a member of the association on January 1, 1975, 
 so long as the person remains an employee of the municipal court 
 of Ramsey county.
