     237.775 Existing plan not affected. 


    An alternative regulation plan approved by the commission 
 prior to May 1, 1997, is not subject to the amendments in Laws 
 1997, chapter 223; provided that a plan filed, revised, or 
 renewed after that date is subject to those amendments.
