     332.14 Requirement of license.  


    On or after January 1, 1970, it shall be unlawful for any 
 person to operate a debt prorating service or engage in said 
 activity as defined in section 332.13 except as authorized by 
 law without first having obtained a license as hereinafter 
 provided.
