     443.26 Rates for rubbish disposal, cities first class.  

    Any city of the first class in the state of Minnesota, in 
 addition to the powers conferred upon it by its charter or any 
 law of this state, is hereby authorized to establish rates for 
 the removal, collection, and disposal from public or private 
 property of rubbish, and to collect the same in the manner set 
 forth in sections 443.26 to 443.35.
