     306.13 Employees to have police powers. 

    The trustees or officers of a cemetery association may 
 appoint superintendents, security guards, gardeners, and agents 
 as they may determine.  Upon taking and subscribing an oath 
 similar to that required from constables, an appointee has all 
 the rights and powers of a police officer within and adjacent to 
 the cemetery grounds.
