     525.122 Compensation of auditor.  

    The auditor shall be allowed such reasonable fees, 
 disbursements, and expenses as may be determined by the court 
 and shall be paid by the personal representative as expenses of 
 administration, guardianship or conservatorship or by the person 
 applying for such audit as the court may determine.
