     330.04 Forfeiture for receiving goods from minors or 
  servants.  


    Any licensed auctioneer who shall receive property for sale 
 from any minor or servant, knowing the person to be a minor or 
 servant, shall forfeit to any person injured a sum not exceeding 
 $200.
