     155A.10 Display of license. 

    (a) Every holder of a license granted by the commissioner, 
 shall display it in a conspicuous place in the place of business.

    (b) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a), 
 nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit 
 a person licensed to provide cosmetology services from engaging 
 in any practices defined in this chapter in the homes of 
 customers or patrons, under the sanitary and health rules 
 promulgated by the commissioner.
