     116C.67 Savings clause. 


    The provisions of sections 116C.51 to 116C.69 shall not 
 apply to any site evaluated and recommended by the governor's 
 environmental quality council prior to the date of enactment, 
 and to any high voltage transmission lines, the construction of 
 which will commence prior to July 1, 1974.
