     148B.13 Publication of disciplinary actions. 


    At least annually, each board shall publish and release to 
 the public a description of all disciplinary measures or actions 
 taken by the board.  The publication must include, for each 
 disciplinary measure or action taken, the name and business 
 address of the licensee, the nature of the misconduct, and the 
 measure or action taken by the board.
