     326.41 Advisory council. 

    The state commissioner of health shall appoint nine persons 
 to the advisory council on plumbing code and examinations, two 
 of whom shall be master plumbers, one who represents greater 
 Minnesota and one who represents the metropolitan area, and two 
 journeyman plumbers, one who represents greater Minnesota and 
 one who represents the metropolitan area.  The council shall 
 expire and the terms, compensation and removal of members of the 
 council shall be as provided in section 15.059.
