     239.25 Obstruction of inspection.  

    Every person, association, or corporation that refuses to 
 allow entrance upon or into its premises, building, stand, or 
 place for the purpose of inspection as prescribed in section 
 239.12, or that shall use, employ, keep, sell, or offer or 
 expose for sale any such meters, mechanical devices, or measures 
 in violation of section 239.12 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor 
 and each violation thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
