1997 Minnesota Statutes

     239.004 Consultation with commissioner of children, 
  families, and learning. 

    The commissioner of children, families, and learning shall 
 in consultation with the commissioner of administration develop 
 and implement a plan of public education on the metric system of 
 weights and measures.  The commissioner of children, families, 
 and learning shall implement the plan.
