1997 Minnesota Statutes

     204D.26 Congressional or legislative districts; change 
  in boundaries. 

    No change in the boundaries of any congressional or 
 legislative district is effective with respect to any election 
 to fill a vacancy in the representation of that district if the 
 term of the office which is vacant commenced before the change 
 was made.
