     137.027 Appropriation; fringe benefits. 


    Direct appropriations to the University of Minnesota 
 include money to pay the employer's share of social security, 
 state retirement, and health insurance.  Money provided for 
 these purposes shall be expended only for these purposes and any 
 amounts in excess of the employer's share shall be returned to 
 the state treasury.
