7870.0480 MEDICAL SERVICES.

A racetrack facility must provide at least, the following medical facilities, equipment, and personnel:

A.

a fully equipped first aid room with at least two beds;

B.

a licensed physician or paramedic on the grounds during live racing hours; and

C.

an emergency response team of not less than two emergency medical technicians must be on the grounds and equipped with essential emergency equipment during qualifying and live racing, training, or horse exercising hours.
