the types and estimated amounts of solid, liquid, and gaseous radioactive wastes that would be produced by the facility, and the level of radioactivity of each in curies per year;
an analysis of human exposure to ionizing radiation attributable to operation of the facility, taking account of the pathways of radioactive releases to humans;
the types and estimated amounts of nonradioactive solid and liquid wastes that would be produced;
the types and estimated amounts of nonradioactive gaseous and particulate emissions into the air that would occur during full operation from each emission source, and the location and nature of the release point;
the nature and estimated amount of nonradioactive discharges to water, and the locations, routes, and final receiving waters for any discharge points;
any area from which runoff may occur, potential sources of contamination in the area, and receiving waters for any runoff;
the maximum noise levels (in decibels, A scale) expected at the property boundary and the expected maximum increase over ambient noise levels.
