7835.5950 RENEWABLE ENERGY CREDIT; OWNERSHIP.

Generators own all renewable energy credits unless:

A.

other ownership is expressly provided for by a contract between a generator and a utility;

B.

state law specifies a different outcome; or

C.

specific commission orders or rules specify a different outcome.
