Subpart 1.
Authority.
Minnesota Statutes, section 216C.09, paragraph (a), clause (13), requires the commissioner of the Department of Commerce to adopt rules for the purpose of dispensing loans, grants, or other financial aid from money received from litigation or settlement of alleged violations of federal petroleum-pricing regulations made available to the department for that purpose.
