7422.0800 DATA CLASSIFICATION; USE OF INFORMATION.

Subpart 1.

Data classified.

Data on individuals provided to obtain a motorcycle road guard certificate shall be treated as public data on individuals, except that the individual's driving record is governed under Minnesota Statutes, section 171.12. For purposes of this part, "public data on individuals" has the meaning given in Minnesota Statutes, section 13.02, subdivision 15.

Subp. 2.

Required list.

The commissioner shall maintain a list of all persons who are certified as a motorcycle road guard on the department's Web site. The list must contain only the following information:

A.

full name;

B.

motorcycle road guard certificate number; and

C.

the expiration date of the motorcycle road guard certificate.
