7422.0700 COURSE INSTRUCTION; FREQUENCY.

A.

The commissioner shall offer the motorcycle road guard certification course through the Minnesota Motorcycle Safety Center at least once per year.

B.

The commissioner shall offer motorcycle road guard instructor training at least once per year.
