7077.0287 COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION AND INITIATION OF OPERATION; STORM WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS.

A.

Within ten days following completion of construction, the municipality must notify the commissioner in writing of the initiation of operation date.

B.

The date of initiation of operation is the first day of the one-year performance period.
