7011.9923 SPRAYING.

Subpart 1.

Open area.

The spraying in any area open to the outdoor atmosphere of any acoustical insulating, thermal insulating, or fireproofing product which contains asbestos is prohibited.

Subp. 2.

Emissions to outdoor atmosphere.

Emissions to the outdoor atmosphere of particulate matter from the spraying of any acoustical insulating, thermal insulating, or fireproofing product which contains asbestos, if such spraying is not otherwise prohibited by law, shall not exceed the amounts which would be emitted to the atmosphere if the area containing such emissions were treated by a fabric filter installation as described in part 7011.9925.
