7011.7700 PULP AND PAPER PRODUCTION.

A.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart S, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from the Pulp and Paper Industry," is adopted and incorporated by reference, except that the authorities identified in section 63.458(c) are not delegated to the commissioner and are retained by the administrator.

B.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 63, subpart MM, as amended, entitled "National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Chemical Recovery Combustion Sources at Kraft, Soda, Sulfite, and Stand-Alone Semichemical Pulp Mills," is adopted and incorporated by reference, except that the authorities identified in section 63.868(b) are not delegated to the commissioner and are retained by the administrator.
