7011.3510 INCORPORATION OF NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARD BY REFERENCE.

Subpart 1.

Incorporation by reference.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart WWW, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills," is adopted and incorporated by reference.

Subp. 2.

Additional requirements.

The owner or operator of a landfill subject to Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart WWW, as amended, shall comply with part 7011.3505, subpart 4.
