7011.1370 INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE OF NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARD FOR NEW COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SOLID WASTE INCINERATORS.

Subpart 1.

Incorporation by reference.

Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, part 60, subpart CCCC, as amended, entitled "Standards of Performance for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units For Which Construction Is Commenced After November 30, 1999 or For Which Modification or Reconstruction Is Commenced On or After June 1, 2001" is incorporated by reference, except that decisions made by the administrator under Code of Federal Regulations, title 40, section 60.2030(c) are not delegated to the commissioner and must be made by the administrator.

Subp. 2.

Exceedance of emission limits.

Owners and operators of a new commercial or industrial solid waste incinerator must comply with part 7011.1340.
